What would happen if you cast pit of shades on the watchtower?

I read somewhere that the building would dissapear and whoever is closest to the centre at the end of the game wins. But what save would the models in the building get and how many of them?

I may be going blind trying to reread the 8th edition rule book for the 5th time.

Any page references and source information references would be appreciated.

What do you mean "IT MOVED?"

Motto: That which does not Kill me, SHOULD RUN.

Pit of shades uses a blast marker and effects models touched by the marker. In the case of buildings d6 models are effected because you cant place tha blast marker over them. It's spelled out in the section on buildings in the terrain bit (cant remember what page off hand). Pit of shades has no effect on the building itself or any other terrain feature.

taking up the mission

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?
