They've got the design notes over on Battlefront's website. The book includes army lists for French, Polish, British, and German forces.

Personally, I'm pretty excited about this release, the French and Polish special rules look pretty interesting, and it seems the French in particular are going to have a pretty unique play style. There's a lot of army boxes with resculpted EW equipment being released to go with this, all of which looks quite nice. I peeked over at the BF forums the other day and it looks like there's going to be around four EW books total: Blitzkrieg, an Operation Barbarossa book, an EW North Africa book, and something else. I'm hoping Battlefront covers the Balkans campaign at some point, I want some BF WWII Greek miniatures.

I'm hoping for Winter War Finns personally, along with Soviets. Oddly they seem to be lacking from the Polish campaign.

I thought it was slightly odd that they didn't include Soviets in the Polish campaign as well, but I'm guessing they'll get some mention when they cover Operation Barbarossa.

Possible, there's probably little difference between the Soviet army between '39 and '41, T-34s aside.

Yeah, either way I'm guessing you'll be able to field a historically appropriate force for the Red Army in Poland, even if you have to use a list from the Barbarossa book. I've also heard some rumblings of a possible Finnish EW PDF, so it seems likely they'll get some sort of rules coverage.
