What video editing software should I pick up now? I'm sick of using Windows Movie Maker for everything. I have a PC with Windows 7, and a limited Bugget. Thoughts?

Sony Vegas is really good, most people I know that make videos use it and they turn out looking great.

Vegas is good. As is Adobe Premiere but I haven't used that one in years.

If you feel like buying a mac iMovie works great and I used final cut pro exclusively when I was editing indie movies.
