I recently bought some Mercenary Models. How many points is this??

Captain Phinneus Shae
Ogrun Bokur
Buccaneer
Vanguard
Nomad
Mangler

How many points or how do I find out the point costs???

19 in mark 2. its important to note that shae cannot use the bokur in his lists since he is very picky about working with privateers. that takes it down to 16.
your models should have come with cards and the points are on the cards. they may have old, mark 1 cards with much higher costs.

Yep probably going to need a merc deck 2010. Nothing wrong with what you have so far, just need to decide if you want to play Shae or a diff caster that offers more options.

Not only does it tell you how much models are it tells you which ones you can use. Shae will only work for the Talion Charter, the Bokur won't work for them, everything else is compatible.

So no Borkur?? lame. Just lame. why is it he doesn't let Orges fight for him??

He only fight's with Privateers, Shae's probably one of the pickiest casters in the game.

If you're intent on using the Bokur You'll need to swap out Shae for someone else.

Is Shae any good at fighting?? All the other Warcasters I don't like that much. They don't look cool like Shae. The Shae model looks simple with not a lot a detail to paint. The other's detail looks cartoony. Is the Ogre any good at fighting??

No, Cryx are a full 'faction' all Cryx models will work together in any combination. All of your Mercenary models can also work for Cryx apart from Shae. The Ogrun Bokur is particularly useful for Cryx.

Iron lich Asphixious is a very versatile caster who excels at both spell casting and melee. You may wish to add an arcnode equipped bonejack or two to the list to get the most from his spell casting.

The Ogrun Bokur is good in Melee as is Shae. Have you considered Magnus the Traitor as your mercenary warcaster?

Yeah I have been thinking about him. But If I have another solo mini that is a client to Ogrun Bokur and I can still have Shae as my Warcaster?? The rules state that Ogrun Bokur can only be with freindly warcasters, solos, or unit commander. meaning Bokur doesn't need to be with a Warcaster such as Shae and still use him in the same army with Shae?? just as a hired guy to another solo?? is that possible?? and I have been just thinking of giving it to my big brother. He has Khador with the Warcaster Sorscha and The Butcher of Khardov and Irusk and Cygnar Commader Stryer. Any of these guys unfriendly??? Will they take the Ogrun Bokur?

I do not think anyone refuses a Bokur, except shea (which I did not know until now, as I do not have the merc book...)

Of course, the 'jacks won't see a lot of use with anyone but Mercs, seeing as they can only be taken by a Merc 'caster.

And by "can't take a bokur with Shae" we mean that Shae and a Bokur cannot be in the same list. Period. Ever.

Oh well, I will give Bokur to my brother then for his Khador and Cygnar.

Keep the Bokur to use with your Cryx.

Oh well I already planned out the list of Warjacks and Solos for the Cryx. All of it will adds to 20 points. Both forces will add up to 20 points. Besides it was my Brother's birthday few days ago. And I already ordered part of the Cryx force I planned. General Gerlak Slaughterborn will be coming in with a Classic Reaper and Asphixious. I wanted to get the Classic Reaper because the of the Different Body Ornament Design from the new one.

There is a guy with a similar name. But is different. I don't have the mini though. Just seeing which guy will fill up the points to 20. I need a solo worth 3 or 4 points.

The model is Rutger Shaw, he is a Solo.

If you can't find his card in the deck, it may be that the deck only contains cards for the older models to make them work with Mk2 rules. As far as I know none of the new models cards are in the deck.

I agree with Skrulnik, most games I've seen played happened in multiples of 5.

If you want a bit more info, he's got 'enough' on Battlecollege...basically he's a Jack Marshall through and through.
