Veterans ride in Vendetta looking for transports or armor to pop, CCS goes after Elites or Termies, PCS goes after troops, Infanty go after objectives and sit, and PBS weaken any units taking leadership test or if the army is fearless starts dropping str 9 templates.

I personally don't like all the points invested in the PBS and 2 CCS. although the second CCS isn't that bad.

I like the list. Very straight forward, although 2 PBS? If you went with just 1 you could easily add a Leman Russ of some sort, a plasma Vet squad, or another Infantry squad, and with the extra points some up grades. Come to think of it, if you were to drop a PBS and all of those Hvy Stubbers, you could add 2 more IS in Chimeras and ACs, if you down grade one of the LCs in another one to a ML or AC. One more chimera on the field might not be a bad idea. Sure you don't get all those Hvy Stubber shots, but more troops means more guns, more targets, and more time you'll be on the table.
Lol, just realized you had 2 CCS, so you wouldn't have to down grade one IS from and LC to an AC to put another AC in the newer squads.

That's not alot of firepower at 2k pts. Your list is essentially 8 lazcannons (2 not twinlinked), 6 meltaguns and 6 plasguns, and 4 flamers. Thats not alot of firepower at 2k.
You need ALOT more firepower.
Inf platoons are kinda pointless if not taking heavy wep squads. Drop it and take more vets instead. Stubbers aren't that useful, hunter killer is WAY more useful even if it is only 1 shot. Also no point in taking 10 man psyker squads, Its best to take8 psykers per squad.
A better (yet similiar 2k list) would be:
HQ
2x CCS-3xPlasmaguns, plasma pistol and Medi-pak, Chimera w/ ML, Hull HF and HKM
Elite
2x PBS, 8 psykers, Chimera w/ ML, Hull HF and HKM
Troops
2x Veterans w/ 3 meltaguns
2x Veterans w/3 flamers, Chimera w/ ML, Hull HF and HKM
Fast Attack
Vendetta
Vendetta
That so far is 1500 for 2k Add some str 10 templates
Heavy
Manticore x2
Leman Russ Demolisher, Lazcannon, HKM
This list has VASTLY improved firepower and still retains a similiar list build.

I don't even run two PBS at 2500, so cut one. You have a lot of "extras" that could be shaved off to free up room for useful stuff. Consider tossing a Platoon and putting the Veterans in Chimeras. That is what they are best for. Toss in some Special Weapons Squads with twin Flamers and Demo Charge and let them ride in the Vendettas. That is a cheap unit with a big bang that can help make the Vendettas "scoring". On a last note, for Guard, Autocannon trumps Lascannon, as two S7 shots tend to be more useful than a single S9. Good for opening up Rhinos, at least.
You really, really need some Heavy options. Hydras are solid gold. A single Manticore is a great can-opener. Medusas are brutal! At 2000, I am usually running 2-1-2, respectively. That is the level of firepower Guard needs to muster to survive at 2K+.

The main reason for the 2 PBS is we have a lot of people that are running Kan Wall List (9 Kans, 2 Big Mek, and 3-6 30 boyz mobs), Long Fang Spam (2 6man ML teams), and 30-man blob guards (3x 30 Blobs w/ Chevok). Being able to either weaken resolve 2 units or toss out 2 Large Blast templates is really needed.

Way, way better. My only suggestions now is to give the Veterans in the Vendettas Demolitions and Shotguns and the Chimera Veterans need Meltaguns. Toss the Medi-Pack for another Plasma Gun and scrap the Pistol. That gives you enough points for at least the Meltaguns, I think.
