Can any of my fellow Dakkaites direct me to a list of all the codices that have been made since 2nd edition? as I have decided I want to collect them all (God I hate nostalgia) All I am awaroe of is there were 10 in 2nd, or so I believe

Because the majority of players use Space Marines and variants?
I think the foul Xenos will start to catch up if any of these Dark Eldar and Necron rumors are to believed.

Because GW still uses the "One for Space Marines, one for you, one for Space Marines, one for you..." method of dividing up the releases?

You do realize that of those Space Marine codices...3 of them were as old as the Dark Eldar book, right?
And that the work on them basically was copy/pasting Codex: Space Marines, renaming a few units and adding some Special Characters, yeah?

isnt the new deamon codex 5th or is that wierd amalgam of 5th and the new rules for warhammer fantasy

Technically speaking the new Daemons codex was the last fourth edition codex.

as if thats a bit late for GW they start releasing 5th edition codexs and then bring out a 4th edition slap bang in the middle
