Dark eldar are kind of cool in my opinion but when i looked a GW's website i realized that they still had an older codex. But if I were to start a DE army would i be better off getting the codex now and some plastic models, or just waiting until the next codex comes out? And if i should get them now which models should i start with?

Just wait until the new codex. Rumors have it looking like November. From what's been said, you wouldn't even want the old ugly models once the new ones come around. Just save your money for now.

The DE being updated is a rumor that will never go away. I think that GW is sick of them but they are too popular to get rid of, since they keep selling the models they keep making them but any further development on this IMO awsome race is a pipedream.

Don't buy anything yet. Even if you somehow prefer Gary Morley's work to Jes Goodwin's, come November the second hand market should be flooded with them.

If you can find someone trying to get rid of theirs for five bucks, maybe. Otherwise, I'd just wait it out.

nay. untill the next codex

Attempts by Company Commanders to call down close-ranged artillery fire can result in disastrous casualties amongst the Imperial Guard. Whilst the loss of life is regrettable, the waste of ammunition is INTOLERABLE!

I just bought a DE codex on E-bay for 99 cents + shipping. Not bad, all things considered.
