So here's my latest painting efforts. First metal model since I got back into the whole WH lark and easily the longest I've spent painting anything so far.

What do you guys think? Constructive criticism is very much encouraged .

Thanks.

Thats pretty weird.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

I'm torn, honestly. I like the idea of an albino weirdboy, but the mint green tinge and dark green shading makes him look more undead than discolored ork, to me.

Honestly, I think if you're going for an albino Ork, you should straight up make him white. The mint green is kinda...mint green.

i like the concept, and the mind green skin seems ok
i just don't care for the extremely dark shading (i keep getting the mental image of playing with contrast settings in photoshop), and i think the largish eye would look better in a brighter color that had a bit more pop to it

Use rotting flesh if you want it greeny. He looks like a delicious mint.

Son can you play me a memory? I'm not really sure how it goes...

Thanks for the comments guys. I know he does look a bit minty fresh, but I think it works well in contrast to normal boys. I'll get a few picsof him with others later.

Contrast and brightness were upped a bit in PS as original lighting wasn't fantastic. That said, there are heavy dark shaded areas on the arms.

I also did try a lighter coloured big eye, but the problem was it blended with the skin. Any suggestions to avoid this?
