Anyone has some good suggestions for some nice trays?
I just started buying Warhammer stuff and I got some gray plastic tray with a used army I bought.
I was wondering if there is any website where I could buy some metal trays or some bigger plastic trays or any other good suggestions or pictures of the trays you're using.
Thanks

A sheet of plastic/thin cardboard with balsa wood or styrene sides you can put flock on is the cheapest bet. And you can size it yourself.

2mm-3mm plasticard is your best bet.
That way you can make the trays to any size you want.

I prefer the wooden movement trays from Gale Force 9. ( http://www.gf9.com) .. I like the look of the extra space around the edge of the unit that you can flock the same way as the rest of the bases. I'm just a little sad that GW changed the skirmish rules to make them be more of a spread out block formation, I have 4 skirmish trays from GF9 that are now useless :( They do also make new square skirmish trays but I haven't gotten ahold of any yet. Anyway the trays are like $10 each, it does get pricey but to me it's a worthwhile expense and I like the way the trays look.
For my lizardmen, I also use magnets under the bases, so I cut a sheet of thin sheet metal and superglued that to the inside the tray.

Thanks!
It seems there is a lot of nice trays in some online stores but they are really expensive and shipping is always high.
I might have to go with the plasticard option even if I hate to build my own stuff lol Automatically Appended Next Post:
This one seems to have cheap prices and honest shipping.
I think I've found a winner!

I use a combination of some products which greatly helps. I utilize
1. GW modular tray, without the lips
2. Sheet of magnet strip (typically gale force)
3. All WFB ranked units are magnetized. This allows me to store the models directly on their tray. Speeds deployment. And they are stored directly in Army Transport trays, which would work with Battlefoam or any similar product.
I swear by this. Its fast, effective, and opponents always now where my unit starts/ ends without question. Also if you do this for 2-3 armies, you have all the movement trays you are ever going to need because they are interchangable between armies.
The only negative is the tray is not made to be scenic, so my basing is typically to as good a quality as I can make it. I am experimenting with inserts IE making basal wood trays the magnetized tray can drop into for a more scenic appeal. This would be helpful with new 8th edition rules as units cannot be withint 1 inch of each other now.
