Lose the single grenadiers upgrade, the extra armour, and switch both plasma veteran units to meltaguns - I would then make the infantry squads all autocannon/plasma gun, or all missile/plasma gun.

Oh, and switch the CCS' chimera to hull HF - plasma guns will want to get within 12" range at some point, HB isn't the right choice.

Those changes would give you some spare points I think - consider a commissar in the infantry blob, which would make it a far better objective-holder.

A strange place

also there is no need for a officer of the fleet, because this actually can help your opponent if he goes for late objective grabbings. So I would change him in a astropath, just in case you decide to outflank your vendetta's

I assume you're going to be putting two of your infantry squads in the vendettas? In any case, I'd recommend a commissar for whatever infantry you have just hanging around, as without stubborn or a standard reroll, you're going to find yourself having leadership problems, especially when the choppy part of the game comes around.
