As most people that post ork lists, you lack anti-tanking... Not a single one... Deff fread is lot of pts and not so effective... Too slow to take down any1...
MC-s will kill him, so no need for 4xDCCW... Take flamers and you will get more pts and be more effective vs infantry (and that is only thing he is good at)...
Trukk and nobz bad idea... My friend used to play it and it means that this is top priority target, and even boltgun fire can destroy it... Not a chance it will live past turn 1... So take battlewagon for it (it's dedicated transport then)...
5 Kanz useless... I'd take 9 if you can and perhaps give two squads rokkit... No need to have so much low range anti-infantry kanz and you don't have anti-tanking... And i suppose you wanted to create wall with kanz, but 5 kanz (or 6) won't be so good... If you play footy boyz, 9 would do the trick (or 8, 2x3 rokkit, 1x2 kustom mega blasta)
Like the lootas, it will allow you to pop down light transporters and then charge / mega blast those inside....
1 trukk is useless... I'd play all boyz in trukz (then you don't need kanz) or no trukkz at all.... What is the use of single unit of 12 boyz in weak transport (but if you have 3 or 4 trukkz, then it can make the diference

As for shooty boyz, if on foot i prefer choppa and slugga boyz... In battlewagon you can take shoota and use it well, but on foot not so much...
And boss pole for nobz, definitly
