There is going to be a tournament on the gulf coast the first saturday of November. It's going to be a four man team tournament. We have a team from MS,LA, and FL and we need a team to represent Alabama. The tournament will be three games. Two players will be playing one on one games the two players will be playing doubles. 2000 points. The first team to get back to me gets the spot. There will be a trophy and this "battle of the south" is something we plan on doing for years to come. Feel free to ask any questions.

you may want to cross your T's and dot your I's first in the post by maybe mentioning where exactly the tournament will be in. You'll probably be more successful at getting people to sign up if you narrow the venue down from the "gulf coast" as that's a few hundred miles.
