So luckily for Lizardmen our min max lists didn't change much this edition, which means I don't have to replace any models, just add to my army to hit the new standard of 2500.

Slann will likely take Death as it appears to be the best around. Not a big fan of buff magic.

I see no big fault with tis list, but i still have some advice.
Razordons loose out to sallies but since you have both its ok.
Engines are still ok this ed altho having a single monster in you'r entire army is kinda cannon fodderish (literally).
Cold ones and terradons are great warmachine hunters and flankers, but camo skinks could handle warmachines while you get more saurus.
As for the Slann, if he's going solo he needs Higher State (etheral discipline) its the law of the lustrian jungle
Otherwise he needs temple guard, in which case lore of life would be better too.

he's got the 20 temple guard to hide in. I was considering taking chameleons instead of the cold ones. With 2 units of terradons I'm not tragically worried about cannons, and if I take chameleons then I'm worried even less.

What the... i didn't see the guard, must be getting blind

I'd say camos are better than terradons this ed due to how much harder marchblocking got this ed, something terradons excelled at, and yet drop rocks is awesome at times so its really a style thing. If you wan't hard to hit camos that scout in and wreck machines, or want to fly up and stomp them instead, both are equally viable.

At minimum size terradons get more wounds and more attacks plus a nice one shot attack, while camos are cheaper and get more shots and higher BS.
