I've been looking around for as much fluff as I can about the Black Library, it's said it's a craftworld and contains all the knowledge the Eldar have gained about chaos, it's the Harlequins "craftworld" and possibly the home of the Laughing God it's last and most deadly defender . Very few humans have ever gained access Inquisitor Crevak (sp) for one and they have never spoken about what they've seen there. Ahriman attempted to gain access but was defeted during the 13th Black Crusade ect.

The question I kind of what to know is what do you think the Black Library contains, and does it contain the salvation or the ruin of the universe?

Yes.

All kidding aside, you've pretty much summed up what we know about the Black Library.

The Black Library isn't a craftworld.

It resides inside the webway, its presence hidden from all except those who are permitted to find it. It's kind of like Avalon (from legend) in a way. Some harlequins have access to it, and it has its own shadowy "guardians" to repel interlopers. Czevak is one of few humans to ever be welcome there.

Secreted within it is supposedly more information about chaos and it denizens than the inquisition dream about in their most fevered nightmares.

As to salvation or ruination, that depends a great part on who and how the information is used.

Humans are seen as little more than primates monkeying around with nukes when it comes to their relationship to chaos. Giving them bigger weapons is probably not in the universe's (and hence, the eldar) best interests.
