i have been looking at pictures of all sorts of armys and im looking for some inspiration to make mine unique. if anyone has any pictures of some converted tau/ ork armys i would love to see. im not going to take your ideas just learn off of them and even if your army is not tau or ork still post some pictures cause i would like to see your unique armys as well thank you

I don't know exactly what you are looking for but my friend does some conversions to his tau. They are mainly to get more variety out of the suits and troops.
