Looking for some criticism on this list I made, i'm not looking fordward to blow the leaves on my local store, since chaos is my main army and this IG is to move now and then from the often gameplay i use. However i'd like to stand a chance , i used to do a really crappy list with lots of chars and GK termies just to throw some dice, needless to say i've never won with that list, so i decided to pimp it up a lil, make use on tanks and shooting goodness (which my chaos army lacks).

So this is what i came up with, what do you guys think?

HQ 340 pts

CCS with straket, standard, vox, medipack, meltagun, carapace armour, 2 bodyguards and astropath on chimera.

Troops 688 pts

Veteran Squad with harker, vox, 3 meltas and demolitions.

PCS with commissar, 2xPF, vox and 3 snipers.

Infantry squad with commissar, 2xPW, grenade Launcher, vox and heavy bolter.

Infantry squad with commissar, 2xPW, grenade Launcher, vox and heavy bolter.

Infantry squad with grenade launcher and heavy bolter.

Heavy weapon squad with 3 lascannons.

Elites 317 pts

10x PBS on a chimera.

7x stormtroopers w/PW

3x ratlings

Heavy 655 pts

2x Leman russh squad with heavy bolters

Colossus w/enclosed crew

Manticore

My main idea is to let the guardsmen squads with their heavy weapons back on the table on cover along with the snipers while straken and his friends move fordward on the chimera to get in time to support harker and the stromtroopers as soon as they get on the table while sending barrages and using the PBS to pin/fall back key units.

I think the CCS is too expensive, as is Harker and a doctine. I'd trade the vox network to arm the ST's.

ooh boy. theres just so many things in this list going on that I dont know where to start

yes its friendly but we really need to shape up this list!

HQ is WAY too much. carapace is unnecessary, astropath wont do much at all, body guards cost quite a bit for a guardsmen that acts as a extra wound, maybe even lose the medipack and standard.

harker isnt useful imo for a demolitions squad. his heavy bolter will do nothing to anything above a rhino. either drop him or make the vets more anti infantry. the PCS is wasting points on commissar and power fists. commissar will kill your officer (which will end your orders for that squad). if you're gonna infantry blob the squads, drop all power weapons and 1 commissar. they only need one to keep them in line. if going static, maybe swap out the grenade launchers with sniper rifles. I also suggest swapping out heavy bolters with autocannons.

for elites, the storms seem to have the tools to do nothing useful. AP3 lasguns? like that would do much. drop the power weapon. either buff them up to survive (in which they'd be expensive), drop them down to 5 men with 2 meltas and a PP, or just drop them entirely. sort of the same with ratlings. 3 shots wont do diddly. buff them up or leave them at home. Psykers is alright.

for the russes, I say add in lascannons. you need much more stuff to threated AV14. artillery is alright I guess but maybe sqap out colossus for another manticore. your russes should provide plenty of anti MEQ

with the extra point, INVEST INTO MORE TROOPS. in objective grab, your men will be woefully unprepared and understrengthed

Yeah, this list is all over the place. I'd highly recommend that you boil your list down into just two types of units.

That and drop all your special characters. 340 points just to deliver a single powerfist is a terrible idea.
