Im soon going to order my own Forge World Sonic Dreadnought, and since the arms are separate, i will get the blastmaster arm and the CC arm, now, is the Blastmaster useable in normal games? or are there any rules i need to get? (also points costs)

Define "normal games".

The rules for the Sonic Dreadnought's points and all can be found in IA apocalypse 2, on page 76.

You will need to have the rules from the Apocalypse Book, but it is up to you and your opponent (or the person running the tournament) if it allowed or not, just like with anything in 40k, even "normal" 40k.

oh ok, if the case where its not allowed, maybe ill be able to negotiate it being a lascannon.

If you only have this one sonic dread, and no other sonic weapons that look the same, then most times "count as" will be fine - just be prepared to keep explaining it, and be civil about it, and all will be good
