This proposed list is very open to change and modifications, but the carapace armour will stay I don't care what others think to keep it fluffy may cost a little extra but I don't mind

All advice is welcome and the list open to change (except Carapace armour). This is a revised list from my previous attempt and I hope this is better.

I am not a big fan of all vet armies as troops, but you want to keep the carapace for theme, so thats cool.

I would Drop the Griffons, i dont think they are that effective.

Also Change the Battle tanks to Executioners with Hull Mounted Heavy Bolters, Side Sponsons of Plasma Cannons and extra armour, imo the best leman russ, good at taking out any foot slugging squad, or bikes. that leaves you with 10 pts spare instead of 20, unsure what to do with the spare 10 points

I hadn't thought of using the Executioners but is two of them over kill for plasma. They do look good on paper though.

agreed. Maybe one of them and a exterminator/2 Hydras for some anti transports

I'd rather have an Exterminator for looks but I suppose Hydras are better, I've never used them before.

they both have their uses

Hydras are great when massed because of range and their anti turbo boosting ability. an exterminator (while the cost of 2 hydras) is much more armored and also very mobile (a hydra can only fire 2 auto shots per moving)

Hmm yeah maybe two executioners is a bit much, exterminator is a good idea, or perhaps a demolisher with multi meltas?

Ehh I'm a not a fan of MM russes. you'll have to be within 12" for that to be better than a lascannon

Is the exterminator a viable option because I've heard mixed results about it
