Why are SOB , Blood Angels and The Necromunda gangers the only people in the Warhammer 40k universe who have these weapons? I would have like to see the guard get em even regular space marines mind you only HQ and some squad leaders but i mean if a hive ganger has one chances are a Imperial Guard Sgt would to.
