Stealthy Dark Angels Scout with Shotgun

2 questions
Can you move a Land Raider 12" and disembark and assault with their special rule "Assault Vehicle".
Can you move a Wave Serpent 12" and disembark and assault if the unit disembarking have the special rule "Fleet".

1: Yes.
2: No. Fleet just mean that you can run+assault, disembarking puts a whole new restriction on the assault move.

As above.
Just because you can assault after running does not mean you can assault from a moving vehicle.

Oscarius is correct. Fleet doesn't let you ignore ALL restrictions on Assaulting, just one of them.

However if you have the fleet special rule and disembark from a LR with an Assault Ramp you can fleet and then assault.
