SMurfs can go with 6 w/ MoTF.
BA can go with alot as well, but has to load up on DC.
Else, if it's a friendly one-off, you need only ask the opponent if he doesn't mind just playing against walkers and ignoring FoC restrictions.
Otherwise, if you are asking with respect to RAW and bending the rules, those two things really don't mix.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

As said it'll be fine with friends and if your opponent says its okay. Just don't expect to get away with it any other way.

As said earlier, you'll need a MoTF to field six. Any more than that and you'll need multiple detachments in order to keep the FoC intact. As long as your opponent is okay with it, and the points values/FoCs of both sides are the same, then go for it.

I think BA can take the most Dreads considering they have dread HQs and troops.
The only thing is that you wont be able to capture objectives.

This is true but a ballsey player can still technically win objective games by tabling his opponent.

BA is your best bet
they can have:
3 Furioso dreads (Elite) (125 points base)
5 Death Company Dreads (Troops) (this requires 5 death company for each dread you want to field) (125 points base)
3 Dreads (Heavy Support)(105 points base)
(1315 total points base before upgrades)
so it is totally possible.
