Dont see a point to the vox system. your CSS is totting a heavy weapon while everyone else is in transports so they'll either be very far away or unable to get orders. Take out the priest and flamers. waste of vets to use them as CC troops. Get the psykers a chimera with points saved from priest. I would drop the colossus in favor of autocannon heavy choices since you have plenty of of anti MEQ

If you want wargear that really does let you reroll failed morale and pinning checks when near the company command squad you could get a regimental standard. Taking all of the voxes out should more than cover the cost.
