Well with just an all Grey Knights army it's kinda hard, I'd have to take out a pugation squad to get another land raider, or take a dread with twinlinked lascaannons, or take stormtroopers with meltas.. Which would beat the purpose of taking only Grey knights who are shooty..

Drop the purgation squads and just get land raiders, you need the lascannons. Otherwise, one Land Raider is like autowin.

And you took off the force weapon!? That thing is awesome... Abbadon? BYE BYE! See ya in about another 10000 years!

No one i play ever uses Abbadon, they always have 1 or 2 Daemon Princes which Force Weapons wont do gak against

This is an older codex, if you look at the wording for their force weapons, it will not say that it'll inflict ID, it just says remove from play. ID and remove from play is not the same thing!

Lol, don't forget he's also str 6. The strength 8 from the hammer is nice, but for most models is wholly unnecessary.

Hmm, looking at the codex, it seems that having an annointed weapon seems worth it only against daemons, and possessed vehicles, which frankly is too rare to justify it.

Same with the grimoire.

Remember that the DH have the old SS, it only gives you a 4++ in CC. I think an Icon of the just would be much better if you wanted an invul.

With the points saved you can buy him the aforementioned Icon of the just and a psycannon. And have 15 points left over for... something.

I would also drop the incinerator on the termies and give him a psycannon instead. Grey Knights are a shooty army that are capable in CC. You force the enemy to come to you and then reward his journey that has been filled with bolter shells exploding everywhere with Str 6 weapons!

Oh and as mentioned before, dropping the purgation squads would free up a lot of points. You could buy nearly 2 land raiders and another group of termies, with 2 psycannons, by dropping the purgation squads.

Most of the games i play with them are against chaos who feild lots of Deamons and Deamon Princes, its nice to wound them on 4+ and half their weapon skills, i'll give my Grand Master an Anoited Master Crafted Force weapon and a psycannon with Icon of Just and A Holy Relic.

Ah, well then. In my meta, there are rarely ever such players. But I would still drop the pugation squads. Far too expensive.

Only inquisitors and inquisitor lords can have dedicated land raiders so your army is already illegal. Plus to have the dedicated LR for your inquisitors you need a retinue of atleast 2.

Never remove your NFW from your HQ.

Only 2 troop choices in 2500??? Not working. Get atleast 3.

Purgation squads are terrible. Don't use em. You need anti tank, not more troop killing.

Castle up and play defensive!

GM w/ psycannon, psy hood, hammerhand

3x 10 PAGK w/ 2 psycannons

6 Terminators w/ 2 psycannons

Inquisitor w/ null rod, psycannon, power armor (attach to PAGK squad)
