im looking to build a list that will win a high% of the time assuming good use of the army. i play against pretty much everything, ive played blood angels for about 8 years, but i havnt played the game in about a year.

I can combat squad the tacticals to hold 2 objectives and the other half will hunt tanks in the rhino, the speeder is a tank hunter aswell, my hq and assault squad will run around and try to murder some squads the sang priest goes with the assault squad, the baals will scout up the table before the game starts and try and roast a squad or 2 on first turn.

I just wanted to add that other than the stuff listed i also have
land raider
mephiston
whirlwind
and i would be willing to spend maybe 150$ on more stuff atm.

Hmm once again I'll mention I'm not a fan of BA tacticals but I'll roll with it. taking a blood champ yes? that means you only have to pay for 3 PW I think since the novice cant have anything. For the tacs you say combat squadding them? probably should get razorbacks then for additional firepower

the main reason im using tacticals is cause i only have 1 10 man assault squad atm, i wasnt sure if i could take a pwr wep for him or not, ill change that up, i didnt have any extra points for razorbacks and i also dont own any.

Well, there is often a tradeoff between a competitive list and a list of models one owns.
The list is not competitve as already said.
Tacticals have no place in a BA army.

im willing to spend a bit of money on changing things out, and i also have some more units, if i buy the honor guard pack i can buy another 5 vanguard and have another 10 man assault squad. gimme some ideas, i want a list that will rape and pillage

It is probably of little help at the minute to you but you have Mephiston, Dreads, 10 Assault Marines, you can ignore the Pods add some Death Company in Land Raider and the Vindicator + Lemartes depending on whether the Death Company have Jump Packs.

yeah im looking for a 2000 list, 1750 pt lists dont really work.

A drop podded army is one viable option.
Phantommaster: Why do you need three Librarian Furiosos, how about plain Furiosos?
Other options are a Razorback/Rhino spam list led by Mephiston (please have a look into the list of the 2nd placed at NovaCon),
or a DoA army.
