Ok i see some reports where it seems like LoC has BOTH Lore of life and Lore of tzeentch, Well i know they do have MoS, so they have lore of life, but doesnt that replace lore or tzeentch thay they have? Is there a ruling someone can point me too? thanks!

If you have M of Sorcery you MUST pick a BRB lore, you have no choice. Re FAQ.

Yeah, they definetly pick a Lore from the BRB, but do they still have the Lore of Tzeentch AND the Lore of "insert brb lore here"?

In 7th ed they had a choice - they could roll for Tzeentch as normal, OR choose all of BRB Lore. They NEVER had both, just access to choose which one.

Now, in 8th, you have to choose your lore as you write your list. This means that when the game starts they will only have 1 lore. Either Tzeentch, which they roll for as normal (see the FAQ) OR one of the BRB lores, but NEVER both. And if they choose Tz and have paid for MoSorcery well, theyre just idiots...

Just remind them of the rules which say you must pick A lore, and that unless it specifies otherwise (whcih it doesnt, MoSorc just gives you access to the BRB lores AND lets you know all of them) you cannot have 2 lores. Well, WoC can do it with the book of secrets, but that's silly on anything but a level 2....

Just because you see someone doing it, does not make it so. Remember to review both rule book, big rule book, and faq's as there are many changes between 7th to 8th, as well as the faq's. Lots of learning going around, asking questions is the right thing to do and allows others to learn as well!

This isnt even a "happened in 7th" thing, it is not legal in either edition of the ruleset. At no point has it been possible for the Loc (non-Kairos) to have 2 lores available during play.
