Alright, so here's my problem. I plan on having 7 Great Unclean ones in my army, but I HATE the GW model. I was using 1 Ulatraforge Unclean One (great model) and then I have the FW Daemon Lord (better model) but then I was using 5 Brood Howler as Counts As.....but they've always just not sat well with me. I'd really like to use them as Beasts of Nurgle, and then have another maggot/wormlike model as a GUO. Then I saw the Tunnel Dweller from Heresy mini's...but thought that would make a better prince then a GUO. So now I'm on the lookout for a GUO that would fit the maggot/worm theme to go with the Tunnel Dwellers and the Brood Howlers. Anyone have any ideas or tips....or suggestions?

The brood howlers awesome! It is however a little odd as a great unclean one, but with some wings and maybe a rusty sword, it'd make an amazing prince. That being said, it'd probably be a good great unclean one if you added a sword.

That would make an awesome penitent engine! Depending on its size, I could even see it as the basis for a nurgle themed oblit even.

Edit: As for the brood howlers, I could see them if I added some bloat, a big rusty sword, and some assorted others...but I would rather just leave them as Beasts of Nurgle. I KNOW I've seen a mini that's a Giant worm coming from the ground. At the time I hadn't thought anything of it...but now....it has potential.

Nobody else has any suggestions?

Greenstuff, if you're going to be that picky. Nurgly things are stupidly easy to sculpt.

Any idea what size that Scarrd abomination is? I could see it as a Dreadnought as well....just add some guns.

What about the alternate plague bearers on Heresy? They look really great, and if I was to collect a nurgle daemon army, they'd be my first port of call.

The Plague hulk would fit as a GUO w/o the defiler bits...and cannon, the problem being that you're taking a 50+ dollar model, and then only using about half of it.

Mine came with a full defiler kit (ie not just the bits you need) so he could flog it or just have a defiler.

I didn't realize they came with the FULL kit.....interesting....

Yeah, the Helldorado minis are nice. The Troll forged ones are, well umm... no comment (polite version).

Like the dark age skard abomination, or whatever its called, and it would deffo make a good P.Engine with a bit more GS detailing.
