Quick questions: In an 1850 point list, does including 3 deffrollas for 3 loota-loaded battlewagon-bunkers seem prudent? My army list won't have much for killing 14 AR vehicles, except for a few deffkoptas, and I could see myself rushing forward with the battlewagon, should a tank roll into sight, and unload the lootas for the assault (hey, there orks, they can still brawl). However, it would still be a sixty point investment. I don't know. What do you guys think?

Why would you use deff rolla BW with ork lootas? they wont be able to use their guns. fill it with 10 meganobs or something instead

I dont think its a good idea. Youll be spending a bulk of your army in points for expensive shooty guys who arent as great as your really cheap guys at combat, waste the fact that they can shoot by making them move, and all for what? To take out an AV14 vehicle or two? It would make more sense to take less lootas (fewer units, I mean), stick them in cover, and put something mean into the battlewagon.

Your units should synergize well, and lootas in a ramming battlewagon is pretty counterproductive.

Perhaps I ought to have spelt out the theme better: I'm putting together a bunker list for 45 lootas. I have a few points left over, which I could invest in boys or grots, but might consider putting on deffrollas.

Ive heard good things about gunwagons, however, never tried it.

Dont waste the rolla on a battlewagon full of lootaz! *for shame!* Instead go witha Lobba or KillKannon.

For loota bunkers I kinda like the idea of giving the wagon 4 big shootas and a lobba. 12 strength 5 shots and a blast is actually fairly respectable dakka from an ork vehicle.
