Well at a quick glance.
I would drop the blackguard, they are two expensive for what they can do in this edition to be worth it.
I would also suggest changing the assassin to the rending stars build (rending stars, manbane) and put him with the shades for warmachine hunting. He should kill a machine a turn if everything goes right.
I would use the remaining points from the blackguard to give yourself more crossbows and 10 is just not enough to do any serious damage.
Also where is the lvl 4 going?

Actually the assassin with manbane isnt nearly as good at war machine hunting anymore.
The max his rending stars can be is Str7, so you are still needing 6's to wound most war machines

Should be 4+ on most war machines. Anvil, Cauldron and Steam Tank are all T 10, but regular artillery are 7s. And skaven are 6s...

Well I have made some changes here, honestly I'm not sure I see the point in a unit of 6 cold one knights, perhaps I am missing something, I woudl certainly appreciate it if someone explained to me the errors in my thinking here? While the dagger is a good item I'm so sure I really like the idea of killing my own models in game that seems to be about attrition, I can certain see how It can swing the game either way. The Assassin is meant to be with the DE warriors to help protect the sorceress, I have also wondered if the list is a bit character light? so any suggestions welcome.
