How do I do it? I want to know before I face one. I was thinking have a DCCW DCCW Dread walk up and slap it. Would be easier if GW would get their GAK TOGETHER AND GIVE US DREADCLAWS!
Or Massed LCannons. Will be Including a LR anyways (probably)

The best way to deal with a Monolith(s) is to just ignore them and focus on phase out. Concentrate all your efforts on his warriors as soon as you can.

Use mobility to drive around the Monoliths, deep strikers to get around the LOS problems Monoliths present, and of course avoid exposing your troops to any particle whips, so get those troops into combat with the Necrons asap.
Otherwise, get lots and lots of Havocs and plenty of Lascannons. Given this is a costly investment in your army, stick to your guns and hit their troops hard.

Ignore the Monolith and focus on the Warriors. Take a Dread with a DCCW and a Las: This will give you good firepower against the 'lith should you need it, but you should really focus on the Warriors and cause them to phase-out.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

I agree with everyone here that you should ignore them, yet I myself have never had any difficulties with them, I just run around 4 dreads at them and at most 1 is only ever stunned a turn so they still make headway, it usualy takes two or three hits and I get the monolith. Granted i only play normal marines, but if you send a chaos dread/ a defiler or 2 at it, you should get it quickly and if your opponent decided to clump a few troops near it, then heck next turn you can generaly wipe him out.
