I'd switch the jugger on skulltaker for a chariot, ok, it takes away your ability to hide, but its cheaper, gives an extra wound, and presents more targets to the enemy, which means more choices for him to make and more likely that he will make a mistake. Princes are solid. Dropping aura of decay on the GUO will leave you enough points to take another crusher, so you can create equal waves. Id go:

GUO, BL, PB, Prince x2, BC

Skulltaker, BL, PB, Prince, BC

You dont want skulltaker in the first wave or he'll die, hopefully enough of the enemy will be tied up when he arrives to keep him safe from shooting.

You have a very slow moving list. Against mechanized opponents it will be hard to catch them before they whittle you down.

You need something in the list that can catch up. You also have nothing that can pop a vehicle at range. Which means that whatever the contents of the vehicle are they are going to get first crack at doing whatever they want to you.

Would flesh hounds be a good idea? I would prefer them to Fiends or Seekers. What would you drop to get say 10 hounds and Karanak?

I would drop both squads of bloodletters and replace one with 2 squads of plagubearers to keep you at 4 troops and use the remaining points for the squad of fleshounds. But in all honestly I would prefer a unit of fiends... Just saying.

Updated the list to fit flesh hounds. Not sure how I felt about it though. Yes, I had a fast unit. But, I traded twenty very killy models for 10 less killy but faster models.

Edited the list once more. I like this one much better.

What do people think about this new list?

I would take a herald of a juggy, for 135 points, wiht 1 point higher in strength. Im not sure why people like the GUO so much when you almost get 2 Heralds of Tzeentch on chariots or like 6 Fiends.

I like the GUO because I can drop him down and watch him eat shots and laugh. He's a big fat fire magnet that just won't die.

Went out and read some more Tacticas, and realized I needed some Icons. Added them to the list and picked my wave loadout.

Any new thoughts or did I fix this list?

I would like to see the waves switched up a bit more...your first wave consists of stuff that if it takes too much fire will die when it's really the stuff you want to survive...send in the big dogs first...bloodcrushers and princes such...a spearpoint to open the way for the rest of your army...

So you're advising a more aggressive approach to my waves. What are others' thoughts on this? Should I try to balance my waves or just throw the dead killy stuff in first and hope the Dice Gods are with me?

Daemons need to hit hard and hit fast. Bringing those plaguebearers to the field turn one is not the way you want things to go down...but if so happens that they come...you can hide them.

Who can take icons?

I have fought daemons a lot but know little of how their individual options.

Icons cost too much for they do, and they make your playstyle predictable. If the opponent knows you have 1 icon on the table, he knows that you'll deepstrike within 6" of that icon, and react accordingly. Daemons are already gimped by their forced deepstriking and wave randomness, they are an inherently random army, and I like that, but don't try and mess with the system by taking icons

Drop the icons and pick up another bloodcrusher.
