It doesn't say in the book are they permanent or untill the next turn?

Check the augment spells individual description - it should tell you how long it lasts. Usually they last until the start of the casters next magic phase unless the augment is a remains in play spell like Throne of Vines.

This. Each spell will state exactly how long. Like the signature lore of beasts spell is until the casters next turn.
