Simple enough,can a wraithguard or wraithlord speak? Personally,I think they communicate telepathically,like a message that only the psycicly-amped up eldar,but if they can speak.i`d inagine it would be a slow and deep voice ,that`s so COOL! because i can allways think of that dawn of war 2 trailer where the drednought toasts those 2 banshees and i think "what if that were a wraithlord?,that would be AWESOME!"

They can definatly communicate verbally-one does in Fulgrim. However, I forget whether it was actually speaking or Telepathy.

I don't see a mouth on them. They probably have telepathy that can be interpreted by other eldar's attuned minds or maybe a warlock.

Since when does something need a visible mouth to speak in 40k?
Hell, if you want it to speak, make it speak!
One or two probably do somewhere out there...

I'm pretty sure they only communicate Psychically.

In Fulgrim it was telepathy of some stripe. Methinks that's how the spirits of all such constructs communicate.

Well in the codex it says they comminicate telepathicaly, im not sure if it can only talk to eldar or just everyone in general, if you play DOW 2 then you can here how they talk.
