Not really. I pod in as close as I can, pop smoke and run up as close as possible. It is you that gets a single railgun shot (with rather low chance of success)
I've got that non-stunnable fleeting s10 guy for a reason!
5 attacks on the charge SHOULD hit once, auto pen and then the head is quite frankly doomed.

He could fly to the other side of your drop pod though, forcing you to roll well on your fleet...

*shrug* Not so much to be honest. Hammerheads are rather long so if he moves over the dread he ends up with in 8-9". Even if I move past the pod I don't need to move THAT much for fleet.

Nah, they got assault 1, 12" lasguns. Hmm...6 Celestians, 2 Meltas: 98p Pop a faith point to pretect against the first strike, fire meltas, charge in. EDIT: Swap that to 5 celestians, Multi Melta, Melta: 90p Higher chance of getting shield through and has the 24" melta weapon.

I've seen much stranger things done by 30 guardsmen, although admittedly it took a VERY, long time.
Still think the Guards would win. Time isn't an issue from what I know of this thread.
