I actually painted this about a year ago, but I've finally taken some pics of it. I'm still getting used to the camera, and didn't have ideal settings to take the pics, but I did what I could. It's a test model for a small Eldar force that's sitting in my cupboard. Don't forget to click the pics for a more detailed view, and don't be afraid to vote either!

Really like the mottled effect its a nice change from the clear crisp lines you get so often with Eldar paint jobs.

There is something vaguely skeletal about the mid section of the bike. The colours and shape of the model suggesting a spine and bones branching off.

I possibly need to stop posting after midnight, mind.

No, that was the exact look I was trying to bring out of the model. I was inspired by some old, semi-Gigeresque eldar artwork.

Spray white, base with very thin bleached bone, wash with gryphonne sepia, pick out details with ogryn flesh, layer bleached bone, highlight white.
