Too much baggage
Drop the DC and Tacs. wont do you much good for BA. Get some Assault Squads with Melta with Sang Priests. Maybe even get rid of termies for baal preads or vindicators. or give them a raider. Might even Do away with Dante all together at 1500. A Librarian is an excellent flexible HQ that can eat MEQs well.

That sanguinary squad is just hideously expensive. Do you really expect each squad member to kill almost 60 points worth of units. The answer is "no" I would slim it down to nothing, maybe an extra infernus pistol to go with Dante's
It was always my impression that plasma weaponry + mass CC was pretty much the best way to beat tough infantry.
I always remember that if you instant kill Necrons with double their T stuff they can't be res orb'ed. I heard something like that before.
I would slim it down and try to take a lot of high str stuff.

Only stuff that causes ID or ignores armor saves in CC doesnt give you well be back, Res orbs let you always we'll be back. Strangely enough, plasma weapons do give necrons a WBB save, as they dont cause instant death.

Ill take this into consideration. I do see the benefit with some Assault Squads with Meltas in the mix, however once again this army is geared towards playing against Necrons, Ultramarines, and Chaos Space Marines. I have more trouble wounding them in close combat in the games I have played in. I am trying to maximize the amount of things that ignore armor. Though the Necrons get "Well Be Back" the more dice they have to roll for that the better. This is just my mentality from my previous games against them though. Any thoughts on my thoughts?

I think if your B.As are having trouble in CC vs Necrons and others. Lightning Claws with the Reroll to wound PW really help inflict damage on the high T models.
I suppose if those are the armies your going to face I would just field a crap ton of Meltaguns. Both MEQs will field lots of rhinos probably, and Necrons can be instakilled without WBB from meltaguns (only if you have no vehicle to aim at)
How well do Necrons do against dreadnoughts?

There are definitely some units and unit choices you can make that would have your opponents quaking in their Power Armor!
A. Vanguard Veterans with Lightening claws. Re-roll to wound, all power weapons so no armor saves, D6 scatter with DoA drop almost guarantees Heroic Intervention.
B. Plasma Cannon Devastators. Put a Sanguinary priest with them to help mitigate Gets Hot wounds. No Armor save against these blast templates, eat marines all day.
c. Jump Pack Honor Guard. I run them with 4x Melta/4x Flamer, you could swap their load-out for stuff better suited to your opponents, combi-plasma or just straight up plasma guns. 4x Melta/4x Plasma Gun means no armor saves for them, guaranteed side armor shots on anything with 12" move, and with a Sanguinary Priest built into the squad to help negate Gets Hot wounds.
Tactically, I try damn hard to get the HG in position to support the Vanguard Veterans, hopefully with the Sanguinary Priest in the HG in range to give the VVs FNP/FC when they drop in to perform Heroic Intervention. Furious Charge puts your power weapon wielding Vanguard Vets 1 initiative step ahead of all other standard marines, not accounting for special and upgrade characters. Which means you have a chance to wipe marines out before they even get to swing. After the Vanguard Vets perform their Heroic Intervention I may have the librarian join them and use his Unleash Rage power, allowing them to re-roll "to hit" and "to wound" rolls. I may even forgo HI and just join the Libby to the VVs ahead of time if I feel its worth it.

I like your second list better, my only concern is that the dreads may not get there in time to support your assault squads.
Maybe fit in some drop pods for them? Or give the libby wings and add in some Death Company or Sanguinary Guard instead of the other dreads?
