Well, i don't have the codex but i had a breif look through one so i don't know the points or if it is a good army please tell me how to improve it.

So whats the plan against AV14? Wolf Lord is a bit expensive without an Invl Saver. Get him one (or even switch him out for a rune priest). Iron Priest is just taking up points for little use. BC are usually only taken with a Wolf Priest. Drop all of them for Grey Hunters and get those guys melta guns. Fen Wolves are alright I suppose but might want to give those thunders some shields and other weapons. Need a lot more melta. Possibly try to add in some long fangs with missile launchers

Saga of the Wolfin isn't so bad if you have a plan for the wolves but Mark of the Wulfen means that your CC attacks don't ignore armour saves so drop the power sword or the Mark.
Also as much as i like him maybe drop Luckas and take a wolf priest it's cheaper and he gives a better bonus to the squad.

Drop the Mark of the Wolfen, it’s a Waist of Points for him and ether give him a Frost Blade or Thunder Hammer to Fight with and a Belt of Russ or Storm Shield for Defense.
Saga of the Bear is also a Good Choice.

Get him off his bike and on a Thunder Wolf and Give him 2 More Cyber Wolves.

Drop Lukas and Bring the Pack up to 15 with at least the 2 Flamers and a Power Fist/Power Sword [if you go for the Power fist give him one of the Special Weapons] And if you can find the points get them a Wolf Priest, you don’t need anything fancy for him, just get them one.

10 grey hunters

Need Special Weapons and a Power Weapon, MotW and/or a Wolf Standard. You are not going with Wolf Guard so a Rhino would also be Good.

Make them Grey Hunters and See Above

Looks much Better
The only things I still see it the Melta Gun in the Blood Claws mat have a problem hitting its mark, either make it 2 Metla Guns so One should hot or just go with a Pair of
Flamers.
I would Also Spam out the Long Fangs a little more. I am assuming form the Leoad out you are plaing on using the Devistor Pack. I would sugest
2 Missile Launcher
1 Las Cannon
1 Plasma Cannon.

As much as I wished you could, you can not give a Rune Preist a Thunder Wolf.
