Would you consider this fielding this list being a bad sport?

Well, two Assault squads in Land Raiders is a tough nut to crack for the enemy.
But why do you use the standard LR, the other variants are better.

I recently played in a tourney of 1250 points and at that point level people had lots of trouble dealing with a single raider someone took.

However, you must be careful with your troops.
They have staying power with FNP but you need to pick your targets well.
Otherwise, they eventually die quickly

Any army with >3 meltas will eat this army alive...
So no, not overpowered, but its allmost a 100% chance you will be marked down for sportsmanship. People don't like seeing 'spam' lists, it doesn't matter if you will place 1st or last with said list.
Also after that last tourney anyone smart will build in a counter for AV 14, and if they dont it's natural selection anyway, lol.

I'm not saying it is cheesy, I'm just saying that after set-up, the opponent will percieve it as cheesy. Perception is reality.

Well, my 1000 pt Eldar army contains
Doomseer
2x 10 Dire Avengers in Serpents
2x 5 Fire Dragons in Serpent.
My FDs will take care of the Landraiders. Then my Serpents fly circles around your troops.
So the answer is No.

Cheesy at 1000 points to me would be
Reclusiarch w/ Jump Pack - 155 points
3 x Sanguinary Priest w/ Jump Pack - 225 points
2 x 10 man Assult Squad w/ 2 Meltaguns w/ Powerfist - 470 points
1 x 5 man Assult Squad w/ 1 Meltagun w/ Powerfist w/ Infernious Pistol - 150 points
Then Deep Strike the entire force.

I think 2 Sang. Priests would suffice.
I'd replace the Reclusiarch with a Librarian with jump pack.
This would allow to beef up the small Assault squad.

I would drop one of those Spriests and the small assault squad in favor of a VV squad with 1x PF and PW's. Way more killing power with a 2nd turn alpha strike.

If you only run 2 preists then you either have to keep the army fairly close together or you'll have a squad without a priest.
With assult troops, i prefer the Reclusiarch because of the reroll, but a Librarian would work about as well to.

Yeah, the alpha strike of Vanguard Vets should not be underestimated thanks to DoA and heroic intervention.
A five men squad with a power fist should suffice to cause some grief.

The land raiders will die to any army with 4+ meltas, and you have no other units to keep said meltas away from your raiders.
Try this:
Mephiston 250
Lib. Dread, wings, shield 175
Lib. Dread, wings, shield 175
Assault squad, flamer, hand flamer, remove packs 115
Razorback, dozer, TL HF 25
Assault squad, flamer, remove packs 105
Razorback, dozer, TL HF 25
Assault squad, flamer, remove packs 105
Razorback, dozer, TL HF 25
= 1000
