Basically most of my army goes inside reserve and deep strike and out flanks if i feels its needed, i know deep striking
land raiders aint the safest but thats why i took an locator beacon

Use a Rhino

Are you seriously going to DS the land raider? And I may even loose the DC and chaplain all together, get a new assault squad and change the tac into assault, then buff out the existing ones with left over points.

Just deep strike the landraider when you feel it's appropriate. As noted the DC will work better in a rhino.

This is more of a generic Space Marine list than playing to Angels strengths. Use Assault Marines, not Tacticals. Don't put Death Co in Drop Pod as already mentioned; they cannot assault out.

Deep striking Land Raider? Keeps it off the board but big foot print could make things go bad.
