The Librarian Dreads cant have extra armor I think. Dont really see why you're using rhinos instead of razors for DC and I think they should have a power fist in there in case they run into a trygon or something (I might also drop the PF in the reclusiarch). I would Merge both assault squads together

You can't assault out of a razorback

and this list was done when I was and still am STUPIDLY tired.
