This is a pretty simple question: "does the Bow of Arahan cause flaming attacks?"

Arahan is a Wood Elf Character (part of the Sisters of Twilight team) that has a magical bow that reads "Arahan's longbow launches deadly arrows that explode in iridescent displays of magical fire" blah blah blah, but there is nothing that specifically state that it's a flaming attack. I also couldn't find anything about it in the Errata. Oddly enough the Errata does change the wording of that paragraph, but only changes a later sentence about it acting as a stone thrower, and keeps the line about magical fire.

Anybody heard anything about a ruling on this? Wood elves have been shafted so much recently that I'm really hoping for some good news.

If it does not state it delivers flaming attacks it does not give flaming attacks.
