I've been meaning to read over the E:A rules for a while now, but GW's site is blocked at work (but I can spend hours on Dakka... go figure).

Anyone know of a site that hosts the file?

The compendium contains a few rules changes that eventually weren't adopted in the official rules.

Can't remember exactly what is in there that got dropped off the top of my head though. Also many of the lists in there have changed significantly since then.

But if your group all use the same then its all good.
