My list is as this so far
HQ Big Mek ( Shokk Attack Gun, Cybork Body and "eavy Armour) 110 points
Troops;
15 Ork Boyz ( shootas with one Big Shoota) 95 points
15 Ork "ard Boyz (Nob with Big Choopa) 170 points
Heavy Support
Battlewagon with Kannon and 4 Big Shootas 120 points

this is my starting army that I am building off of at 500 points which is the most often games I get to play right now I have an add on list for 750 and 100 point games though ready

I'd say drop 3 big shootas and give the wagon a boarding plank and grot riggers. Maybe armor plates and raid paint job. Although the SAG is very cool I dont think at low point levels it would be too useful. I may suggest switching him to the tried and true kff. Then you could add in some more boyz. or maybe even a power klaw

Tell us a little how you plan to run it. I think your Boyz and 'Ard Boyz mobs are a little small. If you cn scrimp points anywhere to bring both of thoeup to 20 each, you'd be much more survivable.

well for the most part I play against Eldar, dark eldar, trynides and orks. the sag is for fun and I have not seen it used before. the kff i thought about but wanted the higher strength in the low point games
I don't have a lot of models yet though I do have a battle force box, one loota box and the battlewagon coming this month. Only one of the player that I play offten has any real play time with his army I have been out of it now for almost 2 years used to play Eldar sold out for another system and than lost all the players in my area and come back to trusted 40km and the 5ed and started with a cheap army off orks I bought for $20. that is about it at the moment
