The title says it all really, I want to know where one can buy microballoons and also I would like to know if anyone has a good tutorial on how to use them, I've been searching the net for 30 mins or so and can't find one :( which makes me a sad panda.

I would add that you need to check the colour of 'loons when purchased from a trade specialist.

When sold as snow effect 'loons they are fine, but often when sold from car/diy shops for mixing up filler they are different colours (often tan/brown), and no good for white snow.
