Ok it does have some Grey Hunters but they're just there to trundle on from reserves and hold an objective.

Its a totally different play style from what I am used to as it has next to no ranged power, yet amazing cc ability and is a blast to play.

The only thing that I see that I don't like is that everyone has a Power Fist. I would probably make just one of the Thunderwolves either a Frost Blade or a Wolf Claw for some Initiative power weapon hits. Only reason I say that is you don't want to be stuck in with anything that can auto kill you without allowing a swing in.

Also, to be honest, I would drop 1 and a half of those Fenrisian Wolf packs for another Grey Hunter unit just to add a little more security. I say that because at 2000 points, you're going to be competing with a lot of troop heavy armies and just having 2 hail Mary Grey Hunter groups just doesn't seem like it can cut it.

Just my 2 cents.

Looks like a fun list to me.

It is fun . And I think Unholy_Martyr misinterpreted my odd list format. one TWC has a fist, one has a SS, a third has melta bombs and then the 4th is naked. Cheepish and allows me to play the wound allocation game. Also both the HQ choices have lightning claws for high I power weapon attacks.
I was debating about whether to only go for 1 Grey hunter squad but decided on two as insurance. 3 would mean not enough pups in the list any more :( but I do concede the point that it would probably improve the list, although its kind of designed to win by wiping out the enemy.

I didn't misread your post at all...was just saying that an extra swing at Initiative 4 or higher can't hurt. I see that you have Canis and the other Wolf Lord...was just thinking with the Iron Priests and the other Thunderwolves having Power Fists, you could take a Frost Blade in the first Thunderwolf Cav unit just in case.
