Nullzone is an effect within a Certain Radius; it targets no-one.
Shield of faith does however specify that Psychic Powers "Including them in its area of effect" can be nullified.
So as the adeptus sororitas models would be included in Null Zone's area of effect it can be nullified by the die roll.
By extension of this; Kharn the Betryer is also Immune to Null Zone.
Edit: just saw your second question: yes Bikes can go to ground(unless I missed something in the BRB; I had thought they couldn't, but there is no mention in either the bike rules nor the Go to Ground rules).

As to the first question: I don't know. I don't have the books with me.
But I do know about that second question! Yes. They can go to ground. Unless they Turbo boosted that turn. BRB pg. 76.

Headrattle: Since they can go to ground, then they can be forced to go to ground after they turbo-boost(via "pinning" weapons); Turbo-boosting only means that they cannot voluntarily go to ground.
Of course going to ground after a turbo-boost does mean several things had to have gone terribly wrong for them; first they had to get wounded by said pinning weapon, then they had to fail their save(armor or cover, cover assuming they ended their move 18" or more from their starting point), then they had to fail a Ld test.

Nope. Page 76 also states that after turbo-boosting, they automatically pass pinning tests. So they cannot be pinned.

Yes, anything that Turbo Boosts gets to auto pass pinning checks.

Thank you, that was where I was remembering something about bikes not being able to go to ground. I really hadn't thought about looking in the turboboost rule.
