There is a steep learning curve when it comes to WarMachine. It is one of the most unforgiving games you'll find. My advice to you is to keep playing, eventually you'll win.
I've never played Khador so unfortunatly I cant give you much in the way of advice.

The best way to become competitive is to play, play, play! Also, it is important to learn what your Warcaster does well and poorly, and design an army around that. After that, it is important to learn as much of the enemy models as you can. Expect to lose alot. But also, unless you are playing with some real douchebags (and they do exist), the more experienced players will be able to help guide you in the right direction.
Oh, and the Protectorate of Menoth is invincible. Don't feel bad...

You're off to a pretty good start with what you have. Wait for a situation where you can combine Sorcha's feat and a Juggy charge to get the kill off (and lets you save focus for a two more attacks or one boosted since they autohit). Since she's been nerfed hard with being able shake off stationary effects, you have to time it so everything goes off on one turn. Otherwise they'll be burning focus to unfreeze the caster and whatever jacks are out there. Also always keep wind rush up on her. Makes her really hard to hit.
You might want to consider picking up Eiryss to go with her. This is the version that is "Eiryss, Mage Hunter" on the blister. Her ability to strip focus off the caster can be huge for keeping them where you want them. No focus, no shakeoff.
If you're going to stick with Sorcha as your caster as well, go ahead and get Beast 09 to go with her. Beast has a nice affinity with her and you'll use him alot in other lists anyway.

The two pieces of advice that helped me most when I was learning the game were: don't be afraid to lose, and don't be afraid to lose models.
Coming from an exclusive 40K background, that was tough for me to swallow...but they're both true. As others have already said, expect to lose a bit in the beginning. So much of this game is reliant on knowing not only your own units inside and out, but also your opponent's!
To comment about the second bit of advice...
When I started with Khador (and started realizing things WILL die), I adopted a "wave" tactic. Meaning, my first wave of troops and/or 'jacks, were very often going to die, but they were going to allow the harder hitting or trickier units I had to get in and do their jobs. This tactic, I believe, works well against Menoth (they're often doing the same thing) and Cygnar.
Your forces are very solid. Put the Widowmakers up as far as you can and try to kill at least four infantry models a turn. Make sure they're getting the concealment bonus from Sorscha's spell, and it'll be tough to kill them with ranged attacks. Have a counter-charge unit (the destroyer would work great since he conveniently has the same range on his bombard) nearby to take out whatever decides to get close to them.
The juggernaut is a front line BEAST! He eats 'jacks up as long as the opponent doesn't lock his axe arm (or worst yet, destroy it). He can take quite a pounding too, so don't get too nervous if he gets charged by a 'jack (unless it's a character heavy). His counter attacks next turn with three focus WILL put the hurt on.

thanks guys!
i got a little tips from the ones im playing, some vlad man o war demolition combo, 4 attacks on a charge
And im not afraid of lossing, think it was worf that said somthing along the line of" it is not dishonrebel to lose to a enemy far superior to you, he expects you to lose so it wont be a great defet, but if you beat him you will sticke a major blow to him".
Im planing on losing, but i will do my best to drag as much of my enemys whit me, everyone knows the humiliation of being defeted by a rocky.
Im planing to use my drakhun to act as a "plower" ripping up my enemys shield wall whit some help by widowmakers, then have my jakes using boundless charge to flank em. then some men o war up the center to make the final push.
My dwarf opponents spells make em immune to knock down in his control area, i shoude be abel to use the foressts on the board to break his force up to little bits thats easyer to destroy.

pSorscha remains a top tier caster. Saying they "nerfed" her feat is pretty funny, infantry and solos caught in it are still DEF crap and lose a turn and forcing to enemy caster to blow 2-3 focus to keep jacks from being useless is always good combined with Wind rush allowing Sorscha to both feat and still stay far enough back to not be assassinated.
eEiryss actually works far better with pSorscha. She has a 5" bubble in which jacks that aren't from the Retribution can't be allocated focus, so instead of actually trying to hit something, Sorscha can just feat and send eEiryss up to stand in between the enemy jacks to keep them from shaking. If she doesn't need to run to get close enough she can shoot something while she's at it. If you can get a shot at the enemy caster, pEiryss can do a similar trick, but it's far easier to arrange a scenario where eEiryss can just stand near enemy jacks than one where pEiryss can get the shot off since most WM players are in the habit of screening their casters from anything named Eiryss.

Set the Widowmakers up somewhere where they can hit as much of the enemy as possible and keep pinging away with them.
The destroyer and the Juggernaut should just move up with the jugger screening Sorscha and the Destroyer taking potshots at infantrty. Don't expect either to really hit so don't bother boosting the destoyers shots and don't send the Juggernaught to beat up normal infantry but with boosts can hit heavier infantry and should kill what it hits, and should bring down any jack with a couple of boosted blows.
Also Windrush, all the time. It makes Sorscha very hard to hit and if you overextend her on a feat turn it can save her unless she ends up in melee with a caster, Although she wouldn't stand a chance against allot of Menoth casters. Except Severius but his Jacks will just wreck you instead.
Basically, you want your feat to be the last or second last turn of the game with Sorscha, the Drakun or either jack making the kill. And do whatever it takes to get line of sight to the enemy caster, cause they are going to hide.
