Have an upcoming tourney and was thinking of taking taking the following for 1,500 points worth of deamons.
2 x Herald of Tzeentch -120 points each
--Chariot, Soul Devourer, Bolt of Tzeentch and master of sorcery
Keeper of Secerts-225 points
--Transfixing gaze and unholy might
10 Bloodletters with fury--170 points
2 x 10 pink horrors with bolt -180 points each
--one has changeling for 5 points
2 x 6 plaguebearers --90 points each
2 x soulgrinder with tongue --160 points each
Total--1500 points
Any advise or thoughts are welcome, have played deamons a few times but this will be my first tourney with them

Soul Devourer is not worth it in my opinion, I would put We Are Legion on the Heralds before adding Soul Devourer
KoS is best with Might and Musk - with Hit and Run it is scary fast and cannot be tar pitted by large units with Hidden Power Klaws/Fists/Eviserators. One neat trick is to hit a tarpit unit and then hit and run back into their artillery pieces, Devastators or other similar soft targets.
I would run BloodLetters in a larger squad and Fury is okay but not a huge deal to have in them.
Pink Horrors in Squads of 5, will give you more flexibility in DS'ing and you can put in two more Bolts if you do. It gives more KP, but you are lower than anyone usually since you have no tin cans.
PB are fine as is although I might drop them both to add in Fiends since the Horrors can hold objectives as well and troops in a Daemon army are not their 'best units'
and I like Phlegm on my SG much more than Tongue. Your odds are much better to hit with Phlegm and it can take down some of the large hordes that might give you trouble or at least make them think.
It is a shame you do not have any 'elites' since I think they are the best choices in the codex, if you can fit in some Fiends or BloodCrushers they would give you a really solid hammer unit.
Advice - given your composition I would do my army split as an aggressive Monster Wave and a Shooty stand back Wave. This will give you a chance even w/o your preferred wave and the imbalance in this case just changes which weapons work well on you rather than them allworking well against a 'balanced' wave.
This means I would bring in 2x SG and the KoS all at once in one wave (Lascannon and Melta/Plasma will always shoot at these guys so you are effectively providing target saturation) Given your current list this gives you two more options to drop down with them, neither fits this saturation idea well, but I would go with the letters and one PB unit with the PB to provide cover. This will let the other shooty elements come in and pop transports with the SG and KoS ready to assault what comes out of it.
The more I look at this, I think the BL or PB need to go, they are just too dissimilar from the remainder of the list to make for a good split on it - what you really want is something fast (fiends) that can sit behind a SG when they come in and fly into the enemy elements from a distance. A Tzeetch DP would work as well or some Flamers possibly...

If you are going to bring 3x Tzeetch Princes you might as well bring 2x Heralds for half the cost of one of those princes you propose....

No antitank whatsoever, any mech list will crush you.

I've taken a few games with my Deamons, and now a tourny Woooo, So my two cents?
If you are not taking Fateweaver then taking a Greater Deamon is not worth it. he is the only one in 40k that is really worth throwing down on the table. Your milage may vary with the KOS but it really really is easy to take down because it only has 4 wounds...and only a 4 up save...she can die to pretty much every army, they just need to put rounds in her.
In my opinion drop her, and bring two more herolds....4 herolds = devestating. But not just any two herolds. bring Skulltaker and the Masque. Skulltaker in either a group of bloodletters or on a juggie and with Bloodcrushers is a force to be feared, he will take down pretty much any HQ that dosnt have EW and he will even take the ones with EW down if they watch it. for 140 points base, your doing good. The masque being 100 points flat and the pavane + we are legion 3times really brings people down....pull a unit out of cover so your Blood letters/crushers keep there int when they assualt...bring em closer to get hit.
I'd try to squeeze in one unit of Daemonetes because aside from A14 there isnt much they can't rip threw...and fast.
As for the SG....at 1500 points two is pretttty rocking but tongue is not. its a 50/50 chance to hit, and i wouldnt rely on that at all. However phlegm is such a great shot. Sure he is still bs3, but you have a better chance of making a squad dissapear....
Just my two cents

Id drop souls devourer and master of sorcery fray.om the tzeralds, its really not worth 10pts to shoot demonic gaze as theyll be popping tanks anyway.
Keeper needs to have sopofiric musk for HaR, or she'll get tarpitted, drop transfixing gaze, removing one attack isnt worth 10pts.
Drop rending from the bloodletters, it wont save them from a dreadnought, and make the squad bigger if possible, preferably 13-16.
Drop the horrors to 5man squads, otherwise youll waste a whole squads shooting on a single tank when shooting bolt.
Plaguebearers are good.
Get phlem for the soulgrinders, drop tongue, it just isnt reliable enough.
Try to fit some fiends in if at all possible, they hepl a great deal with antitank. I use the new seeker mounts as fiends.

Another often overlooked unit is Hearalds of Slaanesh with a Chariot. I give them Soporific Musk and Unholy Might. For that few points you get a Furious Charge, 12" charge range, Hit and run, Strength 4 rending, both kinds of grenades, fleet, and 6 attacks at initiative 7. Add in 4 toughness and 5 wounds. I'll take four please!

I use a Slaanesh Chariot and she is brutal - especially on TEQ.
I partially agree on the KoS - she tends to get eaten up but all those shots at her are less going into your more vulnerable troops, plus with fleet you you can really keep her in the back to control small arms fire. I have seen her rampage through armies, once you get her stuck in with HaR she dominates.

No anti tank???
4 monstrous creatures???
You don't need to waste points on bolt. 2d6 armor pen is enough.
You want a killer tourney list, you run the hardest mobs to kill. That's monstrous creatures, plagues, and bloodcrushers. Don't even waste your time on bloodletters and pinkies. They don't last the round after they drop in.

Your princes will get torrented to death, especially considering they only have a 4++
The Bloodthirster will take every lascannon, autcannon and missile launcher to the face, and die.
Your bloodcrushers will never catch anything.
You want a killer tourney list, you run the fastest/shootiest units in the daemon codex, because daemons really need to be able dictate enemy movement. Thats fiends, tzeralds, flamers, and flesh hounds (to an extent).
