Hi all,

Been a while since I posted a topic - started collecting High Elves a few months ago and have painted up about 800 points of 1600 points of models (the new plastic models look awesome!). Anyway, here is my Tyrion attempt.

Tyrion is the High Elf general, defender of Ulthuan and Champion of the Everqueen.. and one of my favourite models, so I've tried to do it justice. C&C welcome as always! Anyone with tips on Non metallic style much appreciated, I tried it at first on Malhandir (the horse) but failed and ended up touching him up with metallic paint.

Cheers,

My only real criticism is to tidy up the white lines on the barding. Everything else looks top notch. a close up looking at his face would be cool

Good work. Love the dead DE. Careful with dry-brushing details such as the wings. This can actually look messy. Sometimes you just gotta dip in that paint with a thin brush and do it the slow way just to make it look clean.

Currently collecting and painting Eldar from W40k.

Thanks for the comments guys. Good shout on the white lines, will tidy those up.

Yeah, the drybrushing was probably me coming to the end and just rushing it, I think I'll touch it up a bit.
