3x Furioso Dreads in Pods

4x 5m Assault Squads w/ 1 melta, power fist, in a RB With TLLC

3x Baal Preds with assault cannon and H.bolter sponsons

Now there is 60pts left over. Also, you can swap some weapons around and squeeze out another 10 by giving 2 of the assault squads flamers, giving 70pts spare. That would give every tank a HKM. (hunter-killer missile) or you could just give the Librarian some fun stuff.... Opinions!?

Well you could add in infernus pistols to every assault squad. that'd cap it

Although for razor spam wouldnt lascannon/tl plasma be better? add in more fire power

Yes the las/plas combo would be better. More options. I didnt realize that they were the same point costs.

Why would Mephiston be better. I really dont like him. He costs a lot and has no EW.. I just dont like him. BUT im also not saying your wrong. I would have to make some big cuts to get him to fit. Any recommendations

Well doesnt he have T5 or something? Like that matters though, a lot of dakka can take him out. I rather keep him home.

But other than that its a standard razor spam list so not much else to add.

I agree with this. Mephiston is better off staying back. If there was a cheaper HQ choice I would take it lol. But do you think this is a viable tournement list? The one thing I do notice, There isnt very much to take out a Monsterous creature packed nid army. Thats why I think this isnt a great list...Other than maybe sending that Baal Preds at them and just unloading a bunch of bullets.

I would 2-3 priests to the army. That will help to give furious charge to your dreads.

No there are 60pts left as mentioned befor. I dont know what to do with them but its looking like 6 HKM for 6 of the tanks. Just so that I can fire them all off first turn and pop some light vehicles and maybe hinder transports and get their infantry stuck in the back and out of the armor. But let me know what yall think. Im open to everything.

This list is not bad.
I'd reconsider the power fists. Small Marine units don't cut it in cc.
The Furiosos could be replaced by Predators with autocannons/lascannons.

Actually meph has t6, 5wounds and a 2+ save, so youll need a LOT of dakka to take him down, especially since he usually has FnP from a nearby priest. I's suggest taking him, as long as you dont mind people calling you a noob and bitching about how he sucks balls with no inv. etc...

If I drop the fists from each unit, that gives me a total of 160 extra points. That would give me another 5m in a razorback with a flamer and the las/plas turret.
I just like the pwr first in the even something does get into combat with them, the first can smash something. or when the game is close to an end and they got a multi wound character left... maybe the fist could be a clean up.. but the idea of another unit does sound good.
