This is actually my girlfriend's list and she used this against my mech Guard to great effect earlier today, and I was wondering what my fellow Dakkites thought of it!

Pretty awesome, though no hive tyrant to give you +1 to reserve rolls means its coming in piecemeal.

And I am pretty sure a tyranid prime cannot join a brood of warriors in a mysetic spore, as I read it in the Tyranid FAQ.

Huh... that really blows. Maybe I can convince her to replace the Warriors with a Hive Commander Tyrant.

Yea I think I'd rather get a Trygon Prime and a Tyrant over alpha and his warriors

Much better list, will do well against mech. Though you lack a lot of CC action, still its a nice list and looks like it would be fun to use.

With the hormagaunts you can lose the mycetic spore and instead use the hive commander ability to outflank them. Use the freed up points to add a few more hormagaunts.

But enough of jokes.. I think that 60 deepstriking units will get killed... Termagaunts die quite easy in cc... Zoans will do the job and take out few vehicles... But imagine you dropping into kanz wall... You'll get waaaghed to peaces...

Hint:
Carnifex can deep strike.

Spores are count as Monstrous creature and they can shoot.

Mawloc can turn the tide of the war.
